In this session we go over how to elect your estate to operate as trustee for your living trust and how by doing that, qualifies you to be a foreign state in law and commerce, because of the simple fact that you are in charge of your affairs. We will be going over the initial trust documents such as the trust indenture, bill of sale, The Schedule A, et al to establish the living trust. Lastly, we will examine how and what to record on the county to put the public on notice that your estate is in full control of your private property.
